  1. Interesting point that physical exercise helps with depression. As a person who battled depression anorexia and OCD in my teens after joining a gym it changed my life. Since then I have run 4 marathons cycled from London to Paris, La Rochelle and Amsterdam and am a fully qualified fitness instructor. I no longer suffer with my moods and enjoy a healthy happy lifestyle.

    1. I can vouch for this! Going for a swim in the morning greatly improves my mood every time, thats why I want to live by the sea as thats the best mood-booster I have come across yet!
